Molly graduated from LeMoyne college in 1998, then completed her Master's Degree in physical therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2003. Since then she has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedics, primarily focusing on therapy and rehab for the upper extremity. Molly has almost 2 decades of experience, specializing in post-operative therapy, injuries from falls/trauma, overuse conditions, as well as custom splinting/bracing for a variety of upper extremity conditions. Molly feels it is important to evaluate each individual as a whole, looking not only at their condition but also their lifestyle, work, and all their other personal factors. This is essential to develop a custom plan to educate and guide them toward their individual goals.
Molly also enjoys time with family, watching local high school and other sports, as well as gardening, crafting, hiking, camping as well as volunteering with Scouts and other local organizations.
